Vintage spring or Easter dress

Adorable vintage dress in amazing condition. Not sure of the size but I’m guessing 12-18 months based on the measurements (I’ve included those in the photos). There is no stretch to this dress given it is vintage, but there are two button closures on the back. So so cute and perfect for Easter or spring in general!
